Today, Saturday, August 8, an incident occurred on a certain live-streaming site in which our customers and staff were inadvertently captured on camera.

Our store prohibits live streaming inside the premises to avoid inconveniencing other customers and to protect their privacy.*See the “Important Notes” section.

Regarding the video in question, we have already reported it to the streaming platform as disruptive behavior and a hindrance to our business operations, and have requested that the video be removed and the account permanently suspended.

Going forward, to maintain an environment where all customers can enjoy themselves with peace of mind, we will take appropriate action as necessary whenever rule violations are confirmed.
