Article 6: Disclosure of Personal Information

・When the Company receives a request from the user to disclose personal information, it will promptly disclose it to the user. However, if disclosure may fall under any of the following cases, the Company may withhold all or part of the disclosure and will promptly notify the user of such decision. A fee of 1,000 yen per request will be charged for disclosure of personal information.

・When disclosure may harm the life, body, property, or other rights and interests of the user or a third party

・When disclosure may significantly interfere with the proper conduct of the Company’s business

・When disclosure would violate other laws and regulations

・Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, the Company generally does not disclose non-personal information such as browsing history and attribute information.

Article 7: Correction and Deletion of Personal Information

・Users may request correction, addition, or deletion (“Correction, etc.”) of their personal information held by the Company if it is incorrect, by following the procedures prescribed by the Company.

・If the Company determines that it is necessary to comply with such requests, it will promptly make the corrections, etc.

・The Company will promptly notify the user of the result of the correction, etc., or the decision not to make corrections, etc.

Article 8: Suspension of Use of Personal Information

・If a user requests suspension or deletion (“Suspension, etc.”) of use of personal information on the grounds that it is handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use or was acquired by fraudulent means, the Company will promptly investigate.

・If the Company determines that it is necessary to comply with such requests based on the investigation, it will promptly suspend the use or delete the personal information.

・The Company will promptly notify the user of the result of the suspension, etc., or the decision not to suspend the use.

・Notwithstanding the preceding two paragraphs, if suspension, etc. involves significant costs or is difficult to implement, the Company will take alternative measures necessary to protect the user’s rights and interests.

Article 9: Changes to the Privacy Policy

・The content of this Policy may be changed without notifying users, except as otherwise stipulated by law or this Policy.

・Unless otherwise specified by the Company, the revised Privacy Policy becomes effective upon posting on this website.
