About Same-Day Online Reservations

Same-day online reservations will open at 10:40 AM.

However, depending on crowding, same-day slots may not be released.

We appreciate your understanding.

Additionally, during peak seasons, only 2-3 slots per day may be released, or only the 30-minute course (which does not allow interaction with all animals) may be available.

We recommend making a one-hour advance reservation for those wishing to interact with all animals or for groups of 4 or more.
